Double passwords

I don't know what this is all about or maybe I am missing something. Recently there are a bunch of big files that you can actually unlock with the password-list, but the result is another zip-file which requires a new password. Obviously that one is not of the list of course.

It feels to me that someone is putting up a lot of effort to make some sort of joke. I mean I don't really care. If files don't work I delete it again, no biggie. Costs me about a minute. It's just a bit weird.
