Mega Database 2024 problem? Empty Mega Database 2024 problem?

hi mates
l have installed Mega Database 2024 and everything went OK.but when I tried to open the games database option I faced this message(cannot access database) so what's wrong?
I am using cb17 and cb16

Was your .cbv file size 1,518,878 KB ?
