i didn't realize that on other pcs it might need DLL files(all though on the pc which i used to compile it does not require any external files).
i tested it on my Hp laptop and it needs 3 DLL files which i have included in the link below. all should be fine now.

It will create 3 files Ww.pgn (Whitewins), Bw.pgn (Blackwins) and draws.pgn

What about games with no result ?

Basically my tool is to separate wins for white and black and draws only. if there are no results games their not considered

note: That you will still have the original games.pgn file so if there are no result games which you neede you will get them there.

Basically you'll be having
4 files in the folder after separation
1. games.pgn
2. Ww.pgn
3. Bw.pgn
4. Draws.pgn
